This 2 year programme (with the option to extend for an additional year) serves as your launching pad for a successful career in the food industry. As a Management Associate, you can anticipate engaging in hands-on job rotations, gaining exposure to various sectors within our group, spanning Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, and Trading. Commonwealth Capital’s Management Associate Programme is part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP), in partnership with Enterprise Singapore.
The SGEP is an exclusive talent development programme developed by Enterprise Singapore in partnership with high-growth local companies that possess global ambitions to build a strong pipeline of young talent within their organisations.

Will Management Associates be able to choose where they want to be rotated to during the programme?
As we aim to tailor the programme for you to fulfil your full potential, your preferences, skill sets, and the business needs will be taken into consideration when deciding which Business Unit and departments you will rotate to during the programme.
What happens after the programme?
The Management Associate will be assigned to a department. Your performance, preferences, skill sets and the business needs will be taken into consideration for your landing role.
How is the selection process like?
We will be evaluating candidates based on competencies and personal qualities. The selection process will include interviews and case studies among others; allowing us to select the best talents to join the CCPL Management Associate Programme.
How is the compensation like?
Management Associates will be paid a competitive starting salary. Those with past working experience will be remunerated accordingly. Bonuses and increments will be tied to your performance.
When can I expect to receive an offer?
If you are shortlisted, you can expect to receive an offer by March 2024.
