Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Take reservations and enquire purpose of visit.
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
• Present menu and share promotions, specials and items to customers.
• Take food and beverage orders, repeat orders to guests and inform guest of estimated time to serve.
• Oversee a team of servers who are assigned to his/her shift.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Process payment and check bills promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Assist manager by getting involved in planning and organizing of special events.
• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
• Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
• Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Handle problem with cashier payments.
• Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
• Implement plans to deliver excellent service for outlet.

Job Purpose

Doing maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and hygiene standards of the restaurant.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the dining and dishwashing area are clean and tidy at all times (Sanitizing, cleaning, Sweeping and mopping)
• Perform dishwashing duties
• Operate dishwashing machine with care and follow safety procedures
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
• Maintain and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Empty Trash cans and dispose at the designated trash area
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management

Qualifications and Experience

• No qualifications are required.
• Training will be provided.

Job Description:

• Operate light or heavy transportation vehicles
• Perform delivery and pick-up operations
• Receive, check and release of goods before delivery. Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality
• Assist with picking, packing, and unpacking of orders where required
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of vehicles at all times
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures when driving
• Any other related duties assigned by the immediate reporting officer or management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Class 4 driving license
• Minimum 1 years’ experience driving truck
• Experience with WMS operating system is advantageous
• 4-day work week
• Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm
• OT will be paid after 44hrs a week

Job Description

·      Process incoming and outgoing customer’s orders

·      Follow up on customer’s requests and scheduled orders

·      Liaise with warehouse on picking and packing matters

·      Generate picking lists and delivery orders for warehouse and transport departments

·      Response to customer’s complaints

• Update ETA on all container arrival dates in shipment portal
• Co-ordinate with trucker on container at haulier’s yard
• Update documents not given by DFID for clearance
• Update containers parked at PSA Submit above report to DFID team daily Chase documents from DFID
