Job Purpose:
Responsible for outlet operations. Perform ordering of non-food items, monitor and control operational costs, ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth daily operations of outlet/café. Covers managerial duties when Managers are not available, except for rostering, stock take, administration, training and matters pertaining to uniforms, cleaning contracts and salaries
• If Managers are in outlet, he is stationed according to Manager’s instructions
• Check availability of menu items for the day
• Handle cashiering when cashier is unavailable. Ensures that cash tallies in the register
• Serve customers with friendly and uncompromising service. Makes every effort to let customers feel welcomed. Ensures service crew follows likewise
• Solicit feedback from customers, likewise staff, in areas for improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into the operations
• Knows duties and responsibilities of all staff and ensure that they carry them out
• Supervise operations in outlet and serves customers when required
• Motivate and supervise staff to do suggestive selling
• Assist in handling cash flow and petty cash payments
• Handle all feedback of customers
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Possess good communication skills.
• Possess good supervisory skills such as organizing, planning and human relation skills.

·      To receive and process sales orders from customers
·      To support the Sales Department via processing sales order under corporate accounts

·      To answer phone enquiries or issues pertaining to products and sales
·      To liaise with relevant departments (e.g. Production and Logistics) to ensure customers’ requirement are met

·      To send regular email promotions to customers.

Job Description

·      Oversee and facilitate the logistics operations of the company.
·      Transfer co-ordination of raw material to support production
·      Coordinating with external logistic service provider to ensure smooth operations
·      Implement process and workflow control across the Logistics/Telesales/Production functions
·      Adhere and ensure food and work safety compliance
·      Plan and schedule daily products to be transferred with proper Stock Transfer Orders
·      Perform warehouse SAP functions
·      Maintain warehouse system by doing stock take and stock organizing
·      Perform administrative duty such as preparing picking list
·      Identify process improvement or automation opportunities
·      Resolve operational issues that arise. Staffing, service provider failures, etc. liaising with Telesales/ Production
·      Ensure SOP compliance and documented for traceability
·      Manage KPIs for warehousing and delivery service providers.
·      Participate in cross functional process improvement initiatives
·      Monitor buffer stock level and provide visibility to production planner

Requirements
· Degree or Diploma with 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, those who have worked in Food Manufacturing industry will be of advantage
· Well versed in MS Office suite
· Has experience in ERP system
· Possess analytical mindset & articulate well
· Team player and is a problem solver
