Responsibilities

• Prepare storage area for incoming shipments
• Record and submit storage locations for system updating
• Receive stock accurately in accordance with receiving documents
• Document receipt of stock by recipients & file records for references
• Pick stock accurately based on pick lists
• Pack and tally stocks going into the storage area against received documents
• Issue stock to authorised recipients accurately
• Check and record condition & expiry dates (if any) of goods
• Maintain stock cleanliness & are in good conditions for staging

• Communicate with outlets / customers regarding delivery, out of stock and wrong pick matters
• Manage inventory adjustments on discrepancies of physical stocks & transfer of stocks
• Conduct stock counts and quality checks for incoming goods
• Prepare closing for incoming goods and weekly purchase order for suppliers
• Generate various reports

The SAP FICO Lead will provide support to the Commonwealth Capital Group in areas of SAP FICO support, change and project matters. He/she will report to the group IT of Commonwealth Capital Group and the role includes but is not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities

• In support of SAP ECC6.00 and SAP S4 HANA upgrade
• Provide functional support related to SAP and other applications
• Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and to keep them updated on related IT matters
• Understand the user requirements
• Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems’ technology strategy, standards and processes
• Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms and workflow
• Configure SAP application functionality (hands-on) as required
• Perform unit and integration testing on our SAP Development and Quality Assurance servers, as needed to ensure high quality solutions
• Act as liaison and problem solver for SAP application issues
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple projects (sometimes concurrently) involving cross functional teams

Experience

• Collaborates as needed with other SAP support team members on design questions and analysis
• Prior experience in a finance-related role
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP business analyst
• Experience with SAP FICO including accounts payable, purchase to pay process, accounts receivable, order to cash process, and general ledger
• Experience with service design concepts and process desired

Qualifications
