· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspection of truck
· Conduct daily temperature check, truck condition checks
· Wash truck at least once every 2 weeks
· Plan and execute proper loading/unloading sequence (i.e. Last-in-first-out, delivery window timing, safe food handling, etc.)
