Reporting Officers: (Packing) Section Head & Production Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• To pack & label pastry/savory/bakery products ensuring that the required quantity is met according to schedule & product specifications
• To maintain consistent quality in the packing & labelling of products
• To ensure proper storage & handling of products
• To pick & dispatch products according to customers’ orders
• To execute all duties tasked by Reporting Officers in the department
• To observe and adhere to highest safety, sanitary & hygiene standards in the production area
• To comply with ISO 22000, AVA and other local food authorities, including MUIS/Halal, requirements
• To perform or assist with administrative activities such as those related to production planning & ISO 22000/SAP production documentation
• To ensure proper and safe use of all equipment and work areas
• To closely work with the team and the department

Job Requirements:

• Exposure in the packing, labelling &/or dispatching of western pastry/ Savoury/ bakery products & on a large scale
• Familiarization with ISO 22000 Food Quality Control System
• Knowledge in running the relevant equipment, as necessary

We are looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team. In this position, you will be required to do general kitchen cleaning.

To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision. On the job training will be provided.

Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager

Morning Shift: 8am – 4pm

Afternoon Shift: 2pm – 10pm

The Senior Operations Executive communicates the company’s operations strategy and objectives to ensure the achievement of targets and effective functioning. This position involves collaborating with and coordinating operational tasks among various departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the logistics operations of the company
• Provide guidance and lead the operations team
• Coordinating with external logistic service provider to ensure smooth operations
• Implement process and workflow control across the Logistics/Telesales/Production functions
• Ensure that the warehouse system is well-maintained by doing stock take and stock organizing
• Identify process improvement or automation opportunities
• Resolve and manage operational issues that arise from staffing, service provider failures, etc. by liaising with Telesales/Production
• Manage KPIs for warehousing and delivery service providers
• Participate in cross functional process improvement initiatives
• Monitor buffer stock level and provide visibility to production planner
• Ensure SOP compliance and documented for traceability
• Adhere and ensure food and work safety compliance

Job Requirements:

• Degree with 5 to 8 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, those who have worked in Food Manufacturing industry will be of advantage

• Good communications, interpersonal and team interaction skills

Key Tasks:

• Update ETA on all container arrival dates in shipment portal
• Co-ordinate with trucker on container at haulier’s yard
• Update documents not given by DFID for clearance
• Update containers parked at PSA Submit above report to DFID team daily Chase documents from DFID

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum O Level qualification
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in the same capacity
• Able to multi-task and work independently
