Job Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant experience in related field (no experience but with relevant qualification are welcome to apply)
• Possesses a Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent

Key Tasks:

• Oversee the day to day accounting activities in the team to ensure timeliness and accuracy of information
• Prepare monthly financial reports for business partners
• Collaborate with business to define and document new processes
• Monitor cash flows for respective business units
• Managed tax, audit or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
• Assist with Group management reporting and consolidation of accounts

Skills & Competencies:

• Degree in Accounting/ ACCA/ related qualifications
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience (good if have prior experience in the F&B industry)
• Good communication skills, organized and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of SAP System will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for items receiving and identification of proper storage
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the store; keep the store clean, neat and accessible
• Ensure proper store management, being able to locate different sections for fast- and low-moving stock
• Adhere to procedures on incoming and outgoing inventory
• Perform physical counts of incoming and outgoing goods
• Practise continuous improvement on existing store management system
• Inform relevant departments on low stock and expiry dates of goods
• Ensure proper control of stock level so that requisition is accurate
• Participate in monthly stock-take exercise
• Perform any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer or Head of Department

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of similar or related experience
• Familiar with store processes and inventory control
• Experience in food manufacturing/factory will be advantageous
• Possessing a Forklift Driving licence will be advantageous
• Strong, independent and able to work under pressure
• Able to liaise with internal and external customers (colleagues and suppliers)

Job description

• Enforce food safety and quality systems (eg. ISO 22000, GMP, FSSC)
• Execute and monitor procedures related to daily production
• Monitor process flows and ensure its compliance to established parameters
• Evaluate the services of sub-contracted service, for example pest control, cleaning contractors, etc.
• Plan and monitor shelf life studies for current and new products
• Liaise directly with customers on customer complaints or food safety issues, feedback
• Conduct ISO 22000, GMP and local food authorities’ requirements (AVA/MUIS) training for relevant staff
• Ensure product consistency
• Work with R&D and Production to ensure smooth execution of new products developed to mass production
• Handle food safety audits by customers, SFA
• Conduct risk assessment profiling for products, ingredients and product contact materials

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Nutrition and Dietetics
• Completed ISO, HACCP and/or Risk Management course
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of working experience in food manufacturing environment
• Experience in ISO, HACCP, Risk Management, GMP and FSSC is an advantage
• Proactive, resourceful and adaptable
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good communications, interpersonal and team interaction skills
• Good diplomacy (to liaise with external parties such as SFA customers, vendors and other government bodies)

The IT Head is expected to support the Commonwealth Capital Group’s broader digital transformation programme. He/she will provide guidance to ensure the overall architecture and solutions are well designed for the long-term, with a pragmatic approach to deliver results in phases. He/she will report to the Group Managing Director and work with the Executive Leadership Team to develop organisational digital strategy and implement appropriate technology, while driving continuous improvement in the IT operations and infrastructure.

• Lead the formulation and implementation of IT strategy and Group IT policies together with industry best practices
• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to company requirements, and implement IT best practices.
• Design and implement IT policies and strategies including, but not limited to: Standard Operating Procedures (Business and IT Operations), Change Requests Management, Access/Security Control, and Helpdesk Service Level Agreements
• Review and prepare documentation of training documents, technical requirements, process workflow definitions and systems architectural reviews
• Manage existing vendors for IT procurement and review maintenance agreements
• Oversee the continuous development in SAP, WMS, POS, HRIS, BI tools and RPA
• Analyse the business requirements of all companies and departments to determine their technology needs
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and optimise internal tools to improve business processes
• Interface with government agencies related to key business transformation projects, building depository and quality of human capital, project financing and funding for accelerated growth
• Garner user buy-in on projects, communicate new features and enhancements to internal stakeholders
