Job Purpose
This position will provide IT support, and participate in IT projects, special projects and initiatives that align with and support organizational strategies and business needs.
The successful candidate will assist and be involved in the timely execution and continual management of core IT processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Network accounts to ensure that appropriate levels of network access are allocated and complied with the appropriate standards and protocols
- Collect and collate data to produce network traffic reports for the purpose of planning changes in the network
- Create a secure networking environment by monitoring and reporting security breaches and any unauthorised data access
- Identify, analyse and solve network problems to improve levels of service
- Perform 1st level support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and application
- Develop and maintain IT-related documentation
- Perform housekeeping of IT related equipment
Key Competencies
- Diligent, meticulous with an eye for details, with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Currently pursuing Diploma in Infocomm & Security or any other IT-related discipline
- 6 months contract, 5 days work week (negotiable if required)
- Able to start immediately

• Be responsible for items receiving and identification of proper storage
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the store; keep the store clean, neat and accessible
• Ensure proper store management, being able to locate different sections for fast- and low-moving stock
• Adhere to procedures on incoming and outgoing inventory
• Perform physical counts of incoming and outgoing goods
• Practise continuous improvement on existing store management system
• Inform relevant departments on low stock and expiry dates of goods
• Ensure proper control of stock level so that requisition is accurate
• Participate in monthly stock-take exercise
• Perform any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer or Head of Department
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of similar or related experience
• Familiar with store processes and inventory control
• Experience in food manufacturing/factory will be advantageous
• Possessing a Forklift Driving licence will be advantageous

The Operations Executive will be reporting to the operations Manager and is expected to provide support to KOKUBU Commonwealth Trading in areas of order and invoice processing, coordination with supplier and logistics, and other administrative matters. Your roles include but are not limited to:
- Order processing from retail and foodservice customers.
- Invoice submissions and paperwork.
- Liaising with food suppliers for order fulfilments.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for stocks deliveries.
